2. B2B Use Only
Our website and products are intended for business and commercial customers, including retailers, wholesalers, distributors, interior designers, architects, hospitality businesses, furniture companies, procurement companies, and other professional organizations.
By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you represent that you are acting for business or commercial purposes and have authority to represent the business or organization you identify.
You agree to provide accurate and complete business and contact information and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Products and Product Information
We offer patchwork cowhide rugs, custom cowhide products, and other luxury home-furnishing products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, and other information presented on our website are accurate.
Website images and digital representations are provided for reference. Actual products may vary due to lighting, display settings, manufacturing processes, and the natural characteristics of the materials.
Product specifications applicable to a particular order may be confirmed separately in the applicable quotation or order documentation.
4. Natural Cowhide and Material Variations
Our products are crafted from 100% genuine hair-on cowhide and other natural materials.
Natural cowhide inherently varies from hide to hide. Variations may include color, grain, texture, hair direction, markings, pattern, shape, thickness, tone, and surface characteristics.
Patchwork products may also vary in the arrangement and appearance of individual hide pieces.
These natural characteristics are inherent to genuine cowhide and shall not, by themselves, be considered manufacturing defects.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reasonable variations in dimensions and other product characteristics may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.
5. Quotations, Pricing and MOQ
Prices, specifications, minimum order quantities ("MOQ"), and other commercial terms may vary according to product, quantity, customization, packaging, shipping destination, and other requirements.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Applicable MOQ requirements will be communicated in the relevant quotation or commercial documentation.
Taxes, duties, freight, insurance, customs charges, and other applicable costs may be additional unless expressly included in the quoted price.
6. Orders and Custom Products
An inquiry, purchase order, or order request does not automatically constitute acceptance by the Company.
An order becomes accepted when confirmed by the Company in writing or otherwise expressly accepted in accordance with our business procedures.
Some products may be customized according to the Buyer's requirements, including size, shape, color, pattern, material, branding, packaging, or other specifications.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all specifications, artwork, logos, measurements, and other information supplied to us are accurate and authorized for use.
Custom or made-to-order products may be subject to additional charges and may not be cancelled or returned after production has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
7. Payment, Production and Delivery
Payment terms and production arrangements will be specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or written commercial agreement.
Depending on the transaction, payment may require full payment in advance, a deposit with the balance payable before shipment, or other agreed payment terms.
Production and delivery times are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly guaranteed in writing.
Production or delivery may be affected by material availability, customization requirements, production capacity, transportation, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Shipping, Customs and Taxes
Shipping terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or other commercial documentation.
For international transactions, the parties may agree on applicable Incoterms® or other delivery terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer is responsible for applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage fees, destination charges, import permits, and other costs imposed by the destination country.
The Buyer is responsible for complying with applicable import, resale, and product requirements in its destination country unless the Company has expressly agreed in writing to assume a particular responsibility.
9. Inspection, Claims and Returns
The Buyer should inspect products promptly after delivery.
Claims concerning visible damage, incorrect quantities, incorrect products, or other reasonably discoverable issues should be submitted within 14 business days after delivery, together with reasonable supporting information such as the order number, product SKU, description of the issue, and photographs.
Claims concerning defects that could not reasonably have been discovered during initial inspection should be reported promptly after discovery.
Because our products may be custom-made or produced specifically for individual Buyers, returns and cancellations are not automatically available.
Any approved return, replacement, credit, or refund will be handled according to the applicable commercial agreement and applicable law.
Natural variations in genuine cowhide and other natural materials do not, by themselves, constitute defects.
